At Herringbone, expect the freshest seafood and meat paired with seasonal produce, creating delectable dishes that highlight the flavors of both. Herringbone Los Cabos is their first restaurant located outside of the U.S. – with the others in La Jolla and Santa Monica, CA, Las Vegas and Waikiki. Guests will find themselves immersed in a dining experience by Executive Chef Alex Branch.

Arbol’s elevated coastal cuisine showcases the bounty of the sea with delicate Asian influences and a trove of exotic spices from India and the Far East.  While seafood and shellfish take center stage on the menu, flavorful curries, fine sushi and sashimi, Wagyu beef, vegetarian plates and an array of delectable desserts jockey for attention.
