If travel has you busy this summer and you’re not able to make it to Cabo, indulge in a “Cabo in a cocktail” and close your eyes and you’ll be whisked back to the warm summer sun that Cabo offers just about 350 days per year. The Paloma

Just think of the Paloma as the taller, slender, more successful sister of the typical margarita. Using fresh grapefruit juice and a spritz of lime, it’s a refreshing cocktail.

• 1.5 oz. of tequila
• 4 oz. of fresh grapefruit juice
• 4 oz. of seltzer
• 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon of simple syrup (optional)

Let’s go back to basics with this cocktail. It’s simple! Just 3 ingredients: orange juice, vodka and seltzer — an ideal morning delight.

• 1.5 oz. of vodka
• 4 oz. of orange juice
• 4 oz. of seltzer

Bloody Mary

Your brunch and “day after” just isn’t complete without a bloody mary on your side. Bonus: you can never go wrong when a cocktail has a veggie in it.

• 8 oz. low-sodium tomato juice
• 1.5 oz of vodka
• 2 tsp horseradish
• dash of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 lime wedge
• garnish with the typical celery stalk

One of the most refreshing cocktails out there thanks to the fresh mint leaves. Absolutely refreshing… and delicious.

• 1.5 oz of rum
• 6 oz. of seltzer
• 6-10 mint leaves, muddled with 1 tablespoon of sugar and juice of 1/2 lime

White Wine Spritzer

Mixing your favorite white wine with some chilled club soda makes this cocktail refreshing and light. Feel free to garnish with fresh fruit, like sliced strawberries, fresh lemon or lime slices.
